How Do I Reserve The Space For An Event?
A completed booking document along with a deposit for 1/2 the rental fee will secure your date! The remaining balance will be due 2-weeks prior to the event.
When Can We Tour The Space?
Tours are available daily, but must be scheduled. Please contact us to schedule a tour!

I am looking for a venue that I can utilize weekly for meetings, classes, etc. Is this something you can accommodate?
Of course! Reoccurring event packages will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the need. Please reach out to us at f3***********@gm***.com for more details.
Do you have an open vendor policy?
Yes! You can use any vendor of your choosing for catering, music, photography, cake/desserts, floral, etc.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have ample parking including those that are handicap accessible.
Are We Allowed To Bring In Our Own Decorations? If So, What Are The Restrictions?
Yes you can definitely bring your own decorations. Decorations prohibited include: glitter, confetti, candles with flames, nails, tacks, screws, and anything that may deface the walls/building. We recommend Command Strips if you’d like to hang items.
How does event setup and access work?
The F3 team is here to make things as easy as possible for our clients. We will handle the set-up and tear-down of all tables, chairs, linens and general maintenance. We ask that only our staff move any furnishings, artwork, tables, chairs, etc. Our clients are responsible for executing their decorations and removing all personal items before the end of the event.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Deposits are refundable up to a 90 days’ notice, less a $20 processing fee. If the cancellation is within 90 days of the event date, the rental deposit is forfeited.
Do you require a damage deposit?
A damage deposit is not required. However, a credit card is required to be on file for any incidental damages/fees incurred.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments can be made with cash or check.
When does my balance need to be paid in full?
The remaining rental amount must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to any event.
