How Do I Reserve The Space For An Event?

A signed Rental Contract Agreement along with a deposit for one-half of the rental fee will reserve the date for you. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event.

When Can We Tour The Space?

Most tours are available Monday through Friday between 9am – 6pm based on the events held at F3 Event Center. Please contact us to schedule a tour.

I am looking for a venue that I can utilize weekly for meetings, classes, etc. Is this something you can accommodate?

Of course! Reoccurring event packages will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the need. Please reach out to us at f3eventcenter@gmail.com for more details.

Do you have an open vendor policy?

Yes! You can use any vendor of your choosing for catering, music, photography, cake/desserts, floral, etc.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have our own private parking lot.

Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations, and if so, what are the restrictions?

Yes, you can definitely bring in your own decorations. All decorations must be pre-approved by The F3 staff. We do not allow glitter or confetti. Candles with a flame are allowed, but the flame must be lower than the top of the vase they are in. Helium balloons are allowed but must be weighted down. We do not allow tape, nails, thumbtacks, etc. on our walls. We recommend command hooks if you’d like to hang or drape any decorations.

How does event setup and access work?

The F3 team is here to make things as easy as possible for our clients. We will handle the set-up and tear-down of all tables, chairs, linens and general maintenance. We ask that only our staff move any furnishings, artwork, tables, chairs, etc. Our clients are responsible for executing their decorations and removing all personal items before the end of the event.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your event, any payments made in excess of your deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel more than 60 days in advance of your event date. If you cancel within 60 days or less of your event, you will not receive a refund for any payments made up to that point.

Do you require a damage deposit?

We do not require a damage deposit; however, we do require a credit card on file when you sign your contract. If there are damages or additional expenses incurred during the event, we will charge the card on file.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, check, or cash.

When does my balance need to be paid in full?

Your final balance for the venue rental and all other services (i.e. bar package, catering, DJ services, etc.) need to be paid in full 14 days before your event.

What is required to book my event at F3 Lounge and event center?

50% deposit of the venue rental and a signed contract.
